1. Do you carry out manufacturer recalls or customer service measures?
No — manufacturer recalls and customer service measures must be carried out by an authorised Mercedes-Benz main dealer.
These are handled directly through the manufacturer network and are not available to independent specialists.

2. Do you carry out remapping or remove warning lights?
No — we do not offer engine remapping or fault code deletion services.

We specialise in accurate diagnosis and proper repair of underlying faults, rather than masking issues by removing fault codes or altering software.

Please note: Vehicles that have been remapped or had software modifications may require returning to standard before accurate diagnostics can be carried out.
3. Do you work on commercial vehicles such as Sprinters or Vitos?
No. We specialise exclusively in Mercedes-Benz passenger cars.
While vehicles like the Sprinter and Vito share the Mercedes-Benz badge, they are classed as commercial vehicles and require different tooling, systems access, and workshop setup.
Focusing purely on passenger cars allows us to maintain a higher level of diagnostic accuracy, efficiency, and expertise within that specific range.
4. Do you work on Smart Cars?
No. We focus solely on Mercedes-Benz passenger cars and do not service Smart vehicles.
Although Smart is part of the wider Mercedes-Benz group, these cars are built on different platforms and systems. By concentrating only on Mercedes passenger vehicles, we ensure the highest level of specialist knowledge, equipment compatibility, and consistent service quality.
